Our programs use clinically researched therapeutic approaches that facilitate opportunities for deepening skills, overcoming challenges and evolving professionally with a focus on team connection and applied learning. Groups can be run in person or online and can consist of 8-20 participants.

Mindful Self-Compassion
6 or 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (developed by researchers Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr.Chris Germer, Founders of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion)
ACT at Work
6-week ‘ACT at work’ based on the therapeutic model Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
CBT Skills
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a well established approach to common mental health issues. This 3-week program teaches introductory skills.
MHFAider Support Sessions
Facilitation of groups who have completed MHFA training to support them in this role e.g. as Workplace Mental Health First Aid Officers (90-minute sessions, as needed).
Team Reflective Practice
Group facilitation to guide your team through reflection of a specific project or current theme. Outcomes may include clarity around strengths, obstacles, stuck points and values.

Understand the patterns in your life and how they are shaped by your past experiences. Learn tools to change patterns that may no longer be working for you.
