  • This workshop introduces key ideas about the human mind from research based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.
You will increase your awareness of your own mental processes and thinking patterns, and learn a range of cognitive techniques to reduce stress, stay present and perceive events around you in more helpful and balanced ways.

  • Most of us know the benefits of getting 8 hours sleep, eating healthily and working out but it can be hard to put into practice and maintain when life gets busy.
This workshop draws on established research to overcome your own obstacles to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and forming lasting habits.

  • A key ingredient to developing healthy personal and professional relationships is establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries.
This workshop introduces the different types of boundaries in our life from physical to emotional to material and time. We explore what shapes our boundaries, how to recognise and communicate them effectively, and what to do when we feel boundaries have been crossed.

  • There is increasing scientific evidence that being more self-compassionate can lead to significant benefits in our ability to cope with the challenges and disappointments of life, emotional pain, and relationship difficulties. It can also allow us to feel less alone and more connected to others through our shared human experience.
This workshop introduces what self-compassion is, how to respond to our inner critic with kindness and teaches techniques for daily life. This workshop is based on the research of Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, Founders of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.

  • Every year 20% of Australian adults will experience a diagnosable mood, anxiety or substance use disorder. The earlier a person accesses appropriate mental health support, the faster their recovery.
This workshop helps you recognise the signs of depression, anxiety and substance use problems (in yourself and others) and guides you on how to have a supportive conversation.
**This is an introductory session and does not constitute a Mental Health First Aid Course which is a 2-day program.

Seasonal workplace wellbeing workshops

Workplaces experience seasons like many other aspects of our lives. Getting the right type of support at the right time allows us to evolve into the best versions of ourselves, at work and in life.

Our strengths based Seasonal Workshop Wellbeing Calendar aims to provide the encouragement, tools and resilience to sustain your people throughout the lifecycle of your business year.

  • The success of a project or goal depends on factors both within and outside of our control. This workshop invites you to establish realistic and specific goals, reflect on the values driving your project or goal and teaches you how to set up effective habits to keep you on track. These skills can be applied to workplace and personal goals.

  • As the weather cools off and the initial sparks of a new year or project start to fade, it’s common for motivation to wane, for the body and mind to experience challenges, and for our mood to slump from time to time. This workshop draws on evidence-based approaches to sustain our energy and motivation, boost our mood, and take active and intentional steps to care for ourselves through rainy days and set-backs.

  • As the year unfolds and life gets busy, fatigue and burnout can start to feel inevitable.

This workshop explores what burnout really is, asks you to check in where you are on the burnout meter, provides burnout prevention strategies as well as burnout recovery maps.

This workshop can also be relevant during challenging phases of a specific project that feel stuck or firmly in the heavy lifting phase.

  • The end of the year and approaching holiday season can bring a mix of emotions, from excitement and relief, to dread and loneliness. This workshop explores the variety of common experiences people have approaching the holiday season and provides suggestions to create your own holiday plan, to allow for meaningful rest, cultivate helpful mindsets, and juggle unstructured time and personal responsibilities.
